DISCOUNTS: Discount for bulk bottles is: 2 oz.-5%, 4 oz.-10%, 8 oz.-15%, 16 oz.-20%, 32 oz.-25%. (For example, a formula for $6.49, would cost $12.33 in a 2 oz. Bottle, would cost $23.36 in a 4 oz. Bottle, would cost $44.13 in an 8 oz. Bottle, would cost $83.07 in a 16 oz. Bottle, and would cost $155.76 in a 32 oz. Bottle.)

PRICES: While most prices will remain stable, (Retail since 1996, Wholesale since 1995), we reserve the right to change prices without notice, most often due to seasonal fluctuations in growing and in world wide availability.

SHIPPING: Call for shipping rates after placing your order if exact amount is needed. Usually 12 to 24 hours after receiving your order: Call 1-800-813-2118,  M-F 8-4pm Mountain Standard Time. Special shipping needs such as 2nd day air UPS are offered as well, call for rates as above.

We generally ship UPS or US Mail within 24 hrs. of orders placed. Orders over $170.00 will receive free ground UPS shipping (except for outside the continental US).

PAYMENT: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover.

RECYCLING: We Direct Recycle. You will receive orders in boxes and packing used before by other companies, and not sent to a recycling plant for processing and reuse, thus saving energy and resources directly!

RETURNS: All sales are final. If we have sent you the wrong herbs or formulas by mistake, please contact us by telephone first, before you send back. In special cases , your error, we will accept and restock items at a 20% restock charge with our approval only!
